One of the most interesting project activities was Job Shadowing experience where one young person from each country went to another country for a period of 3 weeks, with the aim of “shadowing” the work of the organization in the field and giving suggestions for future activities to be implemented. This will further enrich their journey, experience and help them learn new things and get to know a new culture. All together 10 Job Shadowings have been done, so Elsa was in Istanbul, Melissa in Thessaloniki, Daniela in Mostar, Natalija in Novo Mesto, Greta in Podgorica, Kamila in Cagliari, Andjela in Kumanovo,
